Shipping Information

Where We Ship

We currently ship to all addresses in the United States and Canada.

If you’re located outside our shipping area and would like Casa Lind coffee, please email david@casalind.com and we’ll do our best to find a solution.


Shipping Costs

FREE shipping on all orders. No minimum required.


Weekly Roast Windows

We roast in small weekly batches to ensure your coffee arrives at peak freshness.

How It Works

  1. Order by Tuesday at midnight to be included in that week’s roast
  2. We roast on Wednesday in small batches at our partner roastery
  3. Coffee ships Thursday or Friday after 1-2 days of degassing
  4. Arrives Monday or Tuesday, 6-7 days post-roast

Orders placed after Tuesday will be included in the following week’s roast. You’ll receive a confirmation email with your expected roast and ship dates.

Delivery Time

After shipping, delivery typically takes 3-4 business days depending on your location. Most customers receive their coffee by Monday or Tuesday, 6-7 days after roasting.

Tracking Your Order

You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. You can track your package through USPS.


Our Freshness Guarantee

We roast weekly in small batches. Your coffee is roasted specifically for your order within days of shipping, ensuring you receive it at peak freshness. Every bag includes the roast date so you know exactly when it was roasted.

Your coffee arrives 6-7 days post-roast, right as it enters the optimal flavor window. You can brew immediately, or wait 1-3 days to hit the traditional 7-10 day sweet spot for peak flavor.

Coffee is at its peak flavor 7-30 days after roasting. We recommend consuming within 3-4 weeks of the roast date for optimal taste.


Returns & Refunds

Satisfaction Guarantee

We want you to love your coffee. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 15 days of delivery and we’ll make it right with a refund or replacement.

Return Policy

Unopened bags: Can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Customer is responsible for return shipping.

Opened bags: If there’s a quality issue with the coffee (defects, stale, etc.), contact us within 15 days with photos and we’ll send a replacement or issue a refund.

How to Initiate a Return

Email us at david@casalind.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos (if applicable for quality issues)

We’ll respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.


Damaged or Lost Packages

Package Lost in Transit

If tracking shows your package is lost, contact us immediately. We’ll work with the carrier to locate your package or send a replacement at no charge.

Package Arrived Damaged

If your package arrives damaged:

  1. Take photos of the damaged package and contents
  2. Email us at david@casalind.com with photos and your order number
  3. We’ll send a replacement immediately

You don’t need to return damaged items.


Storage & Handling

How to Store Your Coffee

For maximum freshness:

  • Store in an airtight container
  • Keep away from light, heat, and moisture
  • Don’t refrigerate or freeze (causes condensation)
  • Grind just before brewing

Shelf Life

  • Peak flavor: 7-30 days after roast date
  • Good quality: Up to 3 months if stored properly
  • Still drinkable: 6+ months (flavor will fade)

Check the roast date on your bag to know how fresh your coffee is.
